Analyze Medical Aspects

  • Identification and assessment of damages
  • Standards of practice and care, and any potential deviations from those standards
  • Relevant policies and procedures implemented in facilities
  • Potential impact of Managed Care policies/procedures on the outcome of your case
Locate and Prepare Independent Medical Exam (IME)
Should the case require an IME, we will locate a qualified expert, and provide him or her with a detailed summary of issues in the case that need special attention. In addition, we can help select an RN to attend the exam as a non-biased third-party observer.

Assist Litigation Preparation
The case may require interrogatories, depositions, mediations or trial phases. We can help prepare for the medical aspects of those portions of the trial by assisting with exhibit preparation, including anatomical drawings and informational graphics.
